Nilo Leon
Nilo is the person that loves to get the job done on the set. All his training and experience he gained has been from experienced crew within the industry. He started his career as a Actor in Chicago, then later focused on learning and working behind the scenes in lighting, audio, camera, and editing. He strongly believes that you'll never stop learning, and that the story of the content should be the strongest fundamentals of creativity with respect to a great pre-production. Nilo graduated in June of 2015 with his COO Devon Gleason at Full Sail University and obtained a bachelor's Degree in Filmmaking. After graduation, his journey went to the next level, obtaining more experience in the industry for major broadcast studios and film productions.
Devon Gleason
Growing up, Devon opened his mind, widely, to the advancement of the digital age, extensively gaining knowledge and training on technical aspects of many art forms currently residing in the entertainment industry. To name some skills he attained since his introduction to photography in the late 90s, he’s also very talented in Videography, Graphic Design and Audio Engineering. He apprenticed with his dad at the very beginning of his photography & graphics studio, currently known as Mystical Prints, in New Jersey. In high school, Devon joined the Media Arts Program for Audio, developing skills in mixing and recording. As a student at Rutgers University, he spent lots of time researching and building structures of innovative business plans; and in June 2015 he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Filmmaking from Full Sail University.
